Show your support for Japan Tsunami relief efforts!

The tragedy of the earthquake and tsunami which devastated Japan on March 11, 2011 has our deepest sympathies, and in an effort to support the rescue, relief and rebuild of the "Land of the rising sun" this post will be about ways to contribute.
